Login to My Account and go to the My Orders.
Find your order, then click 'Track Order' to get the latest information on your order status.
You’ll be able to get complete tracking information.
Simply request a cancel online from My Account. All you need to do is:

Log in to My Account
Go to My Orders
Find your order and select the item(s) that you wish to Cancel
Follow the cancel instructions, select Cancel option and you’re done!

Making a payment is really quick and easy in our website and can be done 24x7. You can pay by either a credit or a debit card or Bank Transfer and your payment will show on your Order details . We will email you when your payment is successful.
